NaCoMag Protein G Magnetic Beads
NaCoMAg Protein G magnetic beads are uniform, magnetisable, superparamagnetic polystyrene beads covalently coated with a novel self-assembling coating protein combining a proprietary selforganizing proteinuous anchor sequence with the Fc binding domain from Protein G, which has a high specificity for immunoglobulins and is thus suitable for the onestep capture of Ig. NaCoMAg protein G coatings allow ideal, dense, non-denaturing and reproducible presentation of the Ig capturing domain ensuring unprecedented performance.
